ASDS Module - Automation System for Electric Distribution Networks
Distribution SCADA Master capable of operating as a Supervisory Control System of the Substations (SCADA) and the Automation of the Network, which includes, as one of its functions of automation, the Automatic Sectionalizing.
The Automatic Sectionalizing Distribution System (ASDS) performs fault detection and location task, as well as the isolation of the fault section, immediately restoring the power supply for the rest of the sections in a matter of minutes, allowing for a significantly reduced service interruption time for the user.
